Dear User,

As the “Data Controller,” 3PMETRICS (3pmetrics Sustainability and Technology Inc.) values the security of your personal data and the privacy of your personal life. This Personal Data Information Text is prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the collection, processing, transfer of your personal data, and your rights under KVKK. Therefore, please read this Information Text carefully.

In line with the principles of privacy and respect for fundamental rights and freedoms, the personal data obtained is processed by our company within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"). Processing is defined in Article 3 of KVKK as the recording, storage, preservation, modification, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, and classification of personal data.

Personal Data Processed by 3pmetrics and the Method of Collection

To benefit from the services provided by 3PMETRICS either directly or on behalf of your employer within your workplace, as a client, or as a business partner, the name, surname, phone number, email address, email correspondence with us, communications through any medium, and access records to our software and systems that you provide when registering to our system are recorded and used by us.

As 3PMETRICS, to fulfill our legal obligations and for reasons specified in the law, we collect your personal data through verbal, physical, or electronic means, including forms, our website, software platform, physical forms, phone, fax, email, SMS, business cards, mail, cargo, courier services, and other physical and electronic environments.

Recording and Usage Areas of Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed by 3PMETRICS for the following purposes within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

• Provision of products or services, registration of customers to the platform and software, usage of products or services, planning of sales or service processes before and after, planning and execution of technical support operations, ensuring communication continuity in services such as infrastructure, maintenance, repair, installation of the offered service.
• Improvement and development of our services, updating services, enhancing user experience.
• Detection and correction of errors in our service and software.
• Providing information and/or training about services and software upon customer request.
• Obtaining approval from the person executing/authorizing risky transactions and verifying their identity.
• Providing remote support electronically if the customer or user encounters any issues with the system.
• Providing information when requested by judicial or administrative authorities.
• Performing customer or user risk analysis, ensuring security audits.

Who Personal Data is Shared With and For What Purposes

Your personal data is not shared with third parties. However, your personal data is transferred to the servers of the applications we use in order to carry out certain activities. These are as follows:

• For the fulfillment of our legal obligations and in relation to requests and audits from judicial or administrative authorities, personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations for legal actions in the case of potential disputes.
• For fulfilling our legal obligations and in relation to requests and audits from judicial or administrative authorities, personal data may be shared with legally authorized natural persons or legal entities for legal actions in the case of potential disputes.

Rights of the Personal Data Owner Under KVKK No. 6698

In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to apply for the following purposes regarding your personal data:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used in compliance with their purpose,
• Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or internationally,
• Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing have ceased to exist, and request that the action be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the processing of personal data if it results in an unfavorable outcome based solely on automated systems,
• Request compensation for damages incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of personal data.

To exercise the rights mentioned above, you can send your request, including the necessary information to identify you and an explanation regarding the right you wish to exercise as per Article 11 of KVKK, to the email address hello@3pmetrics.com or in writing to Esentepe Mah. Any requests you send to 3pmetrics will be concluded free of charge within 30 days. However, if the requested action incurs a cost, the fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged to the applicant.
